We have already moved several dozen people from the USA and we can arrange the loading of the container at your address under the most favorable conditions, or our driver will come with a truck and take the items/cars to our warehouse in Miami, from where we will arrange transportation to the EU. Since we have our own warehouse and facilities in the USA, we provide these services firsthand without intermediaries and other companies that significantly complicate and make the entire transportation process more expensive.

Just write us an e-mail with your moving request and provide a description of the items/vehicle including dimensions.
If you don't have all the dimensions, just send us a photo and a detailed specification of the item/vehicle.

2. Consultation
After accepting your moving request, we will choose the most advantageous moving alternative for you and send you a price offer, and then we will consult with you about your additional requirements and the details of the entire transport.
3. Transport order and documentation preparation
As soon as we have confirmed the most advantageous method of moving for you, we will send you a "Booking form" including an item sheet in which you list the things you are sending. Our colleagues will check your documentation, arrange insurance and then send a car or container to pick up your things and transport them to our warehouse. Of course, you also have the option to save money and deliver the items to our warehouse yourself.
4. Collection / reception at the warehouse
We will pick up your belongings/vehicles at your address, or order loading of the container at your address. After receiving the item in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation including photo documentation.
5. Loading into the container and transportation
If you have delivered the items to our warehouse or we have picked them up at your address, after receiving these items, loading into the container and preparation of export documentation will follow. We arrange everything ourselves, without you, all we need is your power of attorney and a photocopy of your ID/DL or passport.
6. Receipt at the warehouse followed by customs clearance
The transport itself takes about 5-8 weeks, during which we have enough time to prepare the documents for customs clearance. We will need your power of attorney, a photocopy of your ID/DL OP and other documentation that proves you have spent a certain amount of time in the US or the EU. When moving to the EU, items and vehicles will be exempt from customs duties and VAT if you have lived in the US for more than 12 months and owned the items for at least 6 months. Customs clearance takes place on the premises of the customs office and sometimes a physical inspection by customs officials is necessary. The whole process is quick and usually takes no more than 1 day.
7. Collection of the item in stock or delivery to you
After the items/cars are released into free circulation, they are then transported to you or stored in our warehouse, where you can pick up the items and vehicles, including complete documentation. In the event that a vehicle will be part of the move, we can arrange registration for you straight away and you will leave us in a registered vehicle. If you still have valid US or EU tags on your vehicle, you can drive them for 12 months based on an international agreement, all you need is insurance, which our colleagues will be happy to help you with.
