1984 GMC K1500 4x4 5.0L V8

The all-new redesigned Third Generation 1973–1987 C / K-Series debuted in mid-1972 for the 1973–1987 C / K-Series. The redesign was revolutionary at the time, especially the cabin, which deviated from the typical American pickup designs from that time. The third generation is colloquially known as the "Square-body" or "Box-body" generation. GM's design engineers created the “Rounded-line” exterior to improve aerodynamics and fuel efficiency with wind tunnel technology.

This particular piece was made in 1984 after the facelift in 1981, and the first 4 years was driven in the north of the US later in Florida only. But the chassis of the car is healthy, without rust. At the time, the car is equipped with a revolutionary and modern 5.0 l 305cui V-8 with electronic spark control and a new four-speed Turbo Hydra-Matic 700R4 with high-speed transmission combined with Shift-on-the-move all-wheel drive with Dual Range New Process 208. Four driving modes are available: 2H, 4H (4x4), Neutral and 4L (4x4 Reduction). 2H distributes torque 0: 100, with 4H locked torque distribution 50:50 by direct synchronized transmission. In addition, this version is equipped with Eaton ADL differentials that provide intelligent differential control via an internal regulator that monitors vehicle speed and wheel slip to know when to lock automatically and lock 100 percent at or below 20 mph (32 km / h) ).

The car is in a fully functional, driving, braking and managing road or highway driving without any problems. Mechanically in good condition. It drives great, but the exterior and interior of the car has some blemishes. The price is fixed. At this price one of the few functional "oldschool" 4x4 pickups in the EU.
